Let's grow together! Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety to optimize café performance and resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures.
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly operating goals.
Drive profitability and manage the café's financial performance.
Foster a positive atmosphere by embodying "Tropitude" and delivering unparalleled hospitality to every customer.
Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff including crew members and crew leads.
Set work schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
Create a positive and motivating work atmosphere to boost employee morale and engagement.
Delegate and oversee daily café functions, including food preparation, customer service, and cleaning duties.
Manage product ordering, inventory, and invoice reconciliation.
Achieve sales goals, optimize labor, and control inventory using our MyInventory program.
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Control costs, including labor and inventory, to optimize profitability.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote the cafe and its offerings.
Participate in community events to enhance the cafe's visibility and outreach.
Uphold sanitation practices and safety protocols in the kitchen.
Oversee the daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Manage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and merchandise, placing orders as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Lead and coach the store leadership team to achieve operational excellence.
Support training initiatives and ensure quality training for team members.
Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction reach 100%.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary steps to improve customer satisfaction.
Train staff on customer service standards and protocols.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant management.
High energy and a genuine passion for people and food.
Familiarity with COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and labor management preferred.
Proficiency in P&L (Profit and Loss) statements is preferred.
Motivated, energetic, and sales-driven.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
