Job Description:
At Kumori a Busser serves guests by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.
Bussers might help servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
Clean, sanitize and reset tables after guests leave
Provides support to servers and wait staff
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and people skills
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
High energy levels
Ability to work in a team
Excellent verbal communication skills
Requirements:
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel
