Grill Cook/Line Cook

*About us* *Tailwind Concessions* Tailwind, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at 28 airports across the country.
This location is looking for strong, skilled grill cooks who are excited to join our team at the Harlingen, TX airport.
*Some Responsibilities to Include:* * Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
* Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
* Breakfast experience a plus! * Daily prep of all menu items.
* Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
* Label & rotate all food.
* Must be able to work as a team on the line to ensure food comes out in a neat and timely manner.
* Self-motivator - when there is down time, there is to be prepping and cleaning * Basic knowledge of Grill, Flat top, Fryers and how to correctly temp food items.
* Must have or able to obtain a Food handler and TABC license $12.
00-$14.
00 per Hour depending on experience Dental and Health Insurance 50% off one meal a day Must be 21 years of age or older, must have reliable transportation, open availability and must be able to pass a "Felony" back-ground check to receive an airport badge.
