Description The Beauty Educator’s primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates.

Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.
